When Sawyer reached out to book a surprise proposal session to propose to his girlfriend Mackenzi I was so excited! I couldn't wait to capture such a special moment. We planned out where the proposal would be and how I would hide in plain sight to get the perfect shots. As it turned out Sawyer was not as sneaky as he thought and Mackenzi knew there would be a photographer! Despite knowing she still couldn't find me and it wasn't until Sawyer pointed me out that we got to meet. From a good distance away with a long range lens I caught the sweetest proposal without taking away from their very special and personal moment.
Afterwards their family and friends came down for some celebratory Engagement photos and we all had a great time on the beach taking tons of pictures and I do mean tons! It was such a beautiful moment and I am so thrilled I got to be a part of it!
